The Neo team set out to create marketing collateral that reflected the sophistication of the property in question; a luxurious 20‑page brochure and accompanying 12‑page DL book, complete with premium photography, textured paper, gold foil, and spot varnish highlights that made this campaign a tactile talking point.

Fully translated versions of both pieces conveyed the many attractions of the home to non‑English speaking buyers.

The Result

The auction attracted over 100 observers and five international buyers who battled for half an hour to secure the home; the vendor achieved a sale price almost a quarter of million dollars over their already high reserve.
